Very good news in the paper for once

I want to thank you for your article ("On a crusade," Aug. 25, Page A-1) about the Greg Laurie Crusade in Turlock. Rather than being "politically correct" and leaving God out of it, you actually reported on a full sermon that Laurie gave Friday night. I, along with hundreds of other Christians in the county, appreciated the detailed, accurate, front-page article. It's not often that Christian events get that much coverage.

I am certain that this outreach was used by God to change thousands of lives, and I hope there will be many more outreaches like this. I also hope you will do as good a job covering them as you did on this one. Know that many Christians who read your paper will keep reading it due to articles like this one. Thank you for reporting good news!
